Private content is never used to train shared or public AI models.Public content may be analyzed only in aggregated or anonymized form to improve platform quality. Coherly does not sell user data for AI training.

AI-generated outputs are assistive only. Users retain full responsibility for reviewing, validating, and acting on AI-generated insights.
4. Public vs. Private Content
You have direct control over the visibility of the content you create. Insights generated by you are private by default, stored securely within your user-specific data scope. You have the option to publish these insights, which makes them publicly accessible. This action is intentional and requires your explicit confirmation. Public content may be indexed and displayed to other users, while private content remains confidential and accessible only to you through your authenticated account, subject to legal and security requirements outlined in this policy.
5. Safety, Monitoring, and Abuse Prevention
To protect the community and maintain the integrity of our platform, we actively monitor for abuse, fraud, and violations of our terms.
